She recently called to check in with me and took the time to walk me through my questions about my policy in a way that was clear, honest, and super informative. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about helping her clients. The prices are great, but it’s her honesty and small town personal touch that really set her apart. After she was unable to persuade State Farm to insure our small inn in mendocino vlillage, she found another agent for us who did a great job. We appreciated that a lot and subsequently gave her other places to quote. She has done a fantastic job improving the coverage and Laurie and the premium. We run a family office and so have lots of property we are responsible for managing. Carol is now our “go to” for insurance and we highly recommend her.
